Choose based on days available, session length, recovery, exercise priorities and the amount of work you need to distribute. A three-day full-body plan you finish beats a six-day split you keep missing.
CARIUS TRAINING GUIDE
Full-Body vs Split Workouts
Full-body training distributes several movement patterns across each session, while split routines concentrate more work on selected regions or movements. Beginners and people training fewer days often benefit from full-body structures; higher-frequency lifters may find splits easier for distributing greater training volume. Neither format automatically produces better results.
